The warmer is great. Turn it to high to melt beads, then medium to maintain. You must turn it down or you'll burn yourself. You can clean the little tin out by wiping the wax out with paper towel, adding cooking oil, and wiping again. You may need to reheat it to remove all the wax. Then just use dish soap to remove the oil.If you want to enjoy your waxing experience, do not use the beads that come with the kit. They have a pleasant pine scent, but are very flaky. If you do decide to use the beads, prepare for frustration. Very flaky, you must apply thick and remove while still warm. If you let the wax cool, it'll turn plasticky break.Included wax beads and body areas.Face - will not remove fine hair.Armpits - works well with LONG hair, think 3 weeks growth.Legs - will not remove short (0.5") hair. Will not remove all of the hair on one pass, but will get some. Very flaky, photo was AFTER clean up strips.Brazilian - never, EVER, use the included beads there. You'll regret it. Get Cirepil wax beads instead - they're worth it (less pain, comes off MUCH cleaner, thinner application = more waxes from the pack).

This product was actually pretty considering the price. The was a little temperamental but once u got the hang of it. It work quite well on longer coarse hairs. Unfortunately, it didn’t work on my legs hairs bc they’re a bit shorter, finer and thin. I was afraid to try considering some of the reviews. I recommend getting the wax to a hotter temperature before use. All in all it was not bad!

The wax beads smelled old...but I proceeded. Followed instructions, said set it to 100. Lol there is no 100. There's off, on, med or high. Wax melted fine on medium. I applied, waited, pulled. Still have all my hair. No matter where I applied it it didn't remove hair. I turned it to off, because I'm done, and it didn't turn off. I have no positive review at this point.

I like this product but I don't love it, you have to reheat the wax heater every 5-7 minutes which I don't really like but as of getting the work done it does what its suppose to do after 25-30 minutes of reheating, had to reheat it more then 5 times so you have to pay attention to the heater otherwise it'll turn off if you don't keep an eye on it. I've used the hard wax and soft wax for this heater me personally it took WAYYY to long for the hard wax to get warm but I'm going to try it again. As for the soft wax I bought it worked well only took 20 minutes to heat up in my opinion the soft wax with this product worked way better then the hard wax.

what I liked about this product was the actual wax machine, easy to put together and use. bonus for the wooden sticks.what I highly disliked about this product is the wax! It is simply no good. Ive used other wax before and have not experienced this problem. You let the wax get hard and when you go to pull it off it breaks. literally breaks into small little pieces and flakes. it will not pull off together all at once. you have to pull off the wax from the area when its almost not hard. Very very important note here; you will have to wax the area several times because it will not pull off all the hair at once. That is my biggest issue with it. I dont mind having to pluck a couple stubborn hairs but not a vast majority.

This is the perfect beginners waxing pot! I never owned one and this did the trick. I keep it on my bathroom counter and turn it on on the mornings I'll need it. I love that when it heats up it doesn't smell up the room (something I totally thought would happen).Since it is hard wax, all you need is popsicle sticks and thats it! No messy cloth strips ect.
