High quality picture portable projector
I’m very satisfied with this projector. The item is well packaged with lots of packing foam. There is no damage at all.I buy this one for the coming road-trip. It includes all the cables I need to connect with my laptop, phone and tv box. I'm pretty sure there is no connection problem for the airbnb and hotels i booked this trip. The WI-FI feature is amazing, the wifi connection is fast and stable. And I do not even feel the latency between my phone and this projector. It works fine with my IOS devices. The setup for this projector is quite simple and the weight is not a issue, great portable projector for trip. The picture quality is over my expectation, especially the brightness. I prefer to adjust my phone brightness to maximum and the brightness of this projector makes me feel comfortable.I think this projector is a great choice at this price. Highly recommend.

Quality Value For The Money $$$
This VIMGO Projector is a Value Purchase in a crowded market. Just judging from the packaging alone gives the impression that this is a quality machine. For me, a companies claim to quality is measured by the Warranty they provide to back up my purchase! This Projector is backed by a notable 3-YEAR WARRANTY & 7x24 hours Technical Support! When initially starting projecting/viewing, adjusting with the large FOCUS and KEYSTONE manual controls to fit the environment, is easy. The included remote control is simple and intuitive to use.The picture quality is very nice when the focus & keystone adjustments are complete. The darker the room the more vibrant the colors become...Projecting my Smartphone was a snap - app for viewing easily available from Android Play Store. The projecting of my DVD player was just plug-n-play.The Sound from this compact projector is surprising - more than adequate for movies and PowerPoint presentations! If you happen to be in Sales, this portable projector may make your impromptu Customer presentations more productive! Value For The Money $$$, easy to use, this VIMGO Projector is a clear Value Proposition for Customers!

Decent value projector
UPDATE: The seller, VIMGO DIRECT, has been responsive to some issues I had with the projector, so I am adding a star to the rating. Many sellers fail to respond to post purchase issues, so this is a good sign that this seller stands behind the products they sell.____________This is the third projector I’ve owned. My previous projector was 720P with approximately 500 ANSI lumens. This projector is sharper and brighter than the projector so I would estimate it to be about 750 lumens. Text appears sharper and contrast is definitely an improvement over my previous projector, however, you would still only be able to use this in a room with very subdued lighting.Physically, the projector itself looks nice and feels solid. The plastic used on the enclosure is quite thick and makes the projector heavy for its size. The interface is decent—fairly simple with icons. There are presets for color and audio modes with the ability to save a custom setting. There is an option to rotate the screen if you need to mount the projector from the ceiling. You can digitally zoom the image down to 25% to fit your wall.Keystone adjustment is only vertical and limited to 15 degrees, so the projector needs to be horizontally centered on your wall/screen. The keystone adjustment is mostly useless if you’re using the projector to show content with text and sharp lines as text smears and doubles up making reading difficult. I really miss the 4-way keystone feature of my previous projector. It does not play 4K content! The projector was advertised as supporting 4K content when I purchased it, but would not play any 4K files from a USB stick—the 1080P files played fine. I contacted the seller and they did reply with an apology and have since modified the description on the webpage. The project’s internal speakers can get quite loud. It’s not high-fidelity in any way, but is good enough for you to hear dialog in a medium sized room. There’s no bluetooth, but there is a headphone jack to connect an external speaker. The fan is quite loud. Using a sound-level app on my iPhone, the fan noise runs about 49dB sitting a couple of feet from the projector. It’s not an issue if you’re watching an action movie, but gets annoying if it’s a movie without a lot of background musicFocus is slightly difficult. The focus knob on top is stiff and the texture on the knob isn’t deep enough, so you need to get a fingernail into the grooves to focus. In terms of screen focus, there is some fall off of sharpness towards the corners and edges—it’s not terrible, as you can still read the slightly blurry text. This isn’t a problem if you’re watching a movie. There are two USB slots, but one is dedicated to connecting a tablet or phone for mirroring. This worked well to mirror content from my iPad.The projector has wi-fi and it did work, but occasionally lost the connection. This happened more often if you were projecting a photo slide show rather than viewing a video via wi-fi. Navigating to reconnect isn’t easy and takes a quite a few clicks.I connected an Amazon FireTV 4K stick using the USB port and that worked seamlessly. Initially had a problem in which there wasn’t any audio while using the FireTV—I had to go into the projector’s sound options and turn off surround sound.Overall, a decent projector for the $140 I paid for it. I’m primarily using it to project images for murals I paint and maybe the occasional action movie night. The biggest detractors are the lack of decent key-stoning, fan noise, and lack of ability to play 4K files from a USB stick.

Quality
Absolute trash. I was able to get it to mirror ONCE. iOS connected via one of two options given. That attempt crashed within seconds. Tried again, no go. I tried the second option to connect via shared wifi, no go. Never got it to work after hours of attempting. now it’s just sitting in a box because it’s trash, trash in a box. I can’t return it nor can I get support, apparently even if you purchase an item, you can only talk to them about any issues for as long as the return window is open. Despite any positive review you read, this is the truth. Unless you want be extremely frustrated and are okay with wasting hour of your day, energy and money, by all mean, get one of these.

As advertised.
The picture quality looks great. I’ve included a couple screenshots. It’s not quite dark outside, so the image will only get sharper, etc. Also, it’s not on a perfectly white wall, but rather a light grey. I was able to connect via wifi, iPhone USB, and HDMI.I was not expecting to be able to stream using (USB lightening cable), so that was a nice surprise.Sound quality is just okay, so I have it hooked up to an external portable speaker (one of those you take to the beach).Instructions are well written and clear…I have not found any grammar or spelling mistakes, which I’ve seen in cheap manuals over the years.I suggest a longer lower cable and instructions in Spanish. Another suggestion I would make is to make it more obvious that copyright protection on Netflix, Hulu, etc prevents playback. Some users may think it’s a device issue. This is noted in the manual, but I would take it a step further and put a sticker on the unit or something like that.
