Healthy drink very effective as a sleep drink
Not having a good sleep pattern ? I discovered this wonderful drink that had all the goodness of Ashwagandha with curcumin, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Shankhpushpi, Black Pepper.It relaxes your mind and gets you a better sleep. It also boosts your energy & immunity. It improves your digestion too.

Tastes good. Kinda Ayurvedic. Would've liked it a little less sweet.

Extremely hot in potency
The media could not be loaded. Seems like the maker has no knowledge of herbs. Nutmeg, dalchini are heating, I thought they must have used it in less proportion but the product even when used in lesser quantity than prescribed on label leaves body with heating issues. Not also advisable for people with kapha excess. Not even 1/4th of bottle used.How come ppl play like that with others' health just to make money.I had purchased based on other reviews, I wonder if they r paid.

Good product
This is a good product. I went from having 9min of deep sleep out of 8 hours of total sleep to 58min of deep sleep in a span of 2 weeks. I sleep better now.

Highly recommended
I have had sleeping issues, I bought the product of the same reason and it has helps me in getting a better sleep. It has indian ayurvedic herbs which are good for your immunity, digestion and reducing Anxiety. A small amount is needed and taste is excellent. Highly recommended. 💜

Way too sweet
Although a very minimal quantity is required to make 1 cup but still it gets way too sweet considering stevia powder added to it which overwhelms any other substance flavour or taste

Very useful
Nature's island moon latte is very effective for digestion, stress and immunity. you can drink this in hot or cold milk. It has so many nice ingredients like turmeric, nutmeg, Shankhpushpi, Kali Mirch, cinnamon which are very beneficial as per Ayurveda.

I would've given this 5 stars if not for the stevia
The presence of stevia ruins the taste. It is a horrible medicine and muddy lingering taste in your mouth for hours.The rest I'm sure it does what it promises.
