Vibrant Performance 2873 90 Degree Tight Radius Aluminum Elbow Gray, 2-1/2"

This elbow is absolutely garbage to weld . If you are only using rubber couplers you might be ok, but no matter what settings I used I could not get a clean weld on this . Welds were so bad I won’t even use it on the car .

This was perfect for my project. It has a sharper bend radius than a mandrel bent pipe, which is want I needed to make my intercooler piping fit. Quality product just expensive. Here is the link to the Vibrant page [...]
