One of the best proteins I have ever brought!! For the price and servings its amazing value for money with water or milk. The way the calories are broken down to fat, carbs and protein are a really good blend so go back on som good mass with not to much fat (you will never pack on muscle with out a little fat it's simple unheard of!!) I have had many different brands, phd, Sci mx, USB, max muscle but this is a simple protein shake that is all you need none of this with adds this and added that. Just protein!! Tastes good aswell but this shouldn't even come in to consideration with protein shakes cause they aren't for the taste they are for the kcals! Mixes ok of you do shake for a good 30 seconds. Best of all doesn't leave me feeling bloated so I can easily eat after which with others shakes have found hard to do. Really good mass gainer!!

Purchased the chocolate flavour. Was horrified on the first shake. Didn't mix well at all and was left clumpy. Tried mixing with a blender next time and seemed to mix better. Horrible consistency, very slimy. For some reason my body feels like it's full of flu the first 1-2 hours in the morning after taking this. (I have had days when I havent taken it in the morning, so know it's not just me). I have seen an increase in size, but not the size increase I was hoping for. Therefore I would not buy again.

Likewise is a value for money yes but very disappointed with the gainer, it's not the same flavour and also smells completely different, supposed to be rich in flavour and should smell like Belgium coco.. I've opened it yesterday and had my first shake and it's so runny it's too watery!! I've been using CNP brand for many years and first time I've been very disappointed. I wouldn't mind having a refund tho
