The book is in great shape. However, I tried using the code to access the online version and it said the code was already in use. How can I fix this? Thanks

Excellent. Content, paper, printing all are outstanding. I have been ordered this book from Bangladesh at 24 December 2018, it was supposed to delivered at 31 Jan 2019, but I received it 9 th Jan 2019. Thanks to AMZ and Iparcel.

Love how fast it is to open moss and Adams anywhere, page is saved from device to device and highlighting is easy, only wish I was able to write in the margins like a regular book, maybe a new kindle format will make that possible
