I purchased these because I was having a major early afternoon slump, and the Florida summer heat isn’t conducive to afternoon coffee breaks. I’m giving it 5 stars because it’s effective with no crash, but I have to split the capsules into smaller portions because I get a slight agitated feeling when taking a full dose. There’s no jitters, I just feel a slight impatience. My husband says he doesn’t notice a difference, that comment could be the reason I’m agitated lol. I purchased a capsule splitting kit and a packet of size 0 capsules on Amazon so that I’m not wasting half a dose every time I take one (see photo). This is my 2nd container and I’m very pleased with the quality. No nausea or stomach upset, haven’t had any sleep issues since cutting the dosage in half. Will continue to take
