This rug pad is worth the buy! For the little bit that is costs, it truly is good quality. The non-slip feature is intact and well made. The pad is easy to cut to size if you need too ( I did). I wasn't sure if my rug would stay in place on the pad, but it does and it's very nice on the feet. My house has all hardwood floors and area rugs. I will be buying additional sizes of this product for sure. This company did well by the consumers!

This adds an extra layer of padding under the carpet and makes it feel more plush. My whole family loves it so far. Bought the 8x10 size (7/16" thickness) with the non-slip/rubber grip pad for my 7'10"x9'10" Costco rug and used fabric/sewing scissors to trim it to size. I love that it has the rubber underneath and haven't had any issues with it moving around or slipping yet.It came folded and rolled up in plastic wrapping inside of a box- clean and easy to install. It's a little heavy, but I was able to do it all myself without issues. Some reviews talk about a chemical smell, but I haven't noticed one at all. Overall, I am very happy with it.

These pads are great and adaptable to the size of runners for our bedroom rugs. They add just the right cushion, we were able to trim a little to fit the size necessary for the rugs. The mats maintain the rugs in the position intended. Our rugs also stay put on the mat, no slipping or sliding any longer. Will be looking to purchase additional sizes for our other area rugs.

The 1/4 inch thickness is perfect for my rug. It provides comfort and no longer slips.There was no odor.

I love Ruggable for its washability, especially with dogs and rural living. But I really wanted a more comfortable rug for our great room and was considering Ruggable's thicker pad they began offering for their rugs. Anyone who has a Ruggable knows that they are basically similar to a thin tarp...and they feel that way as well. Beautiful, yes. Washability is wonderful, yes. But the feeling underfoot with their regular pad is not there. Well if you have a washable rug you have to give up something somewhere. But then Ruggable came out with a thicker pad and it was tempting to switch out my regular thin pad...but at two hundred eighty bucks, so expensive! I thought, what the heck, for a little over 100 bucks for the 8x11 RUGPADUSA pad, I'd give it a try. IT WORKS PERFECTLY. Anyone who is hesitating, give this a try! Basically, you put this rubber side down (for grip) (and I have hardwood, FYI), then layer the Ruggable thin pad down, then the Ruggable on that. Presto! It all works great. And to be honest, when I was assembling my layers, it appeared as though the Ruggable would actually attach pretty well to this RUGPADUSA pad all by itself...it seemed to be a bit grippy even without the Ruggable thin pad sandwiched in. I don't have it assembled that way, but for the cost of Ruggable's thin pad, you might want to try just the Ruggable by itself with this pad...I think it could work! So I bought the 8x11 pad as it was cheaper than the actual 8x10 size that I needed, and I just trimmed it. I found that trimming it about 1 1/2 inches smaller than my 8x10 Ruggable seems to work well. It allowed my Ruggable to drape over the edges just perfectly and it seems to help with any tripping hazard you may get with the added thickness of the pad. I did notice it took about a day for the Ruggable to settle over the edges nicely, so don't give up immediately after placing it on the pad...it will relax after a while. I found this pad was trimmable with a regular sharp pair of decent scissors. I had a duller pair that were a pain, and I had a pair of hub's shop shears (for metal and such), but found I didn't need them, my regular good scissors did fine, altho it took a couple of times letting my hand rest to finish the whole thing. I love this pad! The quality is great!

So far so good. Got this pad to put under hall 2’6”x 7’ rug that would never stay in place even with those thin waffle pattern anti slip pads. So far the pad and carpet have been staying in place and the added cushion feels better. Arrived in box, not folded, easy to remove and immediately ready for use, 1/4” thick as posted, & no smell. Have ordered a thicker version of the same pad for another rug in hall. Might return this 1/4” pad for thicker pad and replace with the 7/16” thick pad after I compare the two. But I’m very satisfied with the quality, performance and speed of delivery. Looking forward to comparing the two thicknesses and then getting additional pads for other larger rugs too.UPDATE : Received the 7/16” same maker pad and decided I like the thicker pad. Easy process on returning 1/4” pad. The 1/4” pad was good and would be adequate for other locations. The two hall carpets get a lot of bare foot traffic so the thicker pad was a bit easier on bare feet. Plan on more of these pads as I work through the house and paint all rooms.

We bought a really nice 8' x 10' area rug and wanted a non-skid pad for underneath. We had read that it would help the rug last longer and wear better. We ordered this one and couldn't be happier with the result. It had made the rug much more cushier. The rug is a little less than 8' so I had to cut about 1-1/2" off the side. It was not easy! The pad is made really well and it was really hard to cut. I didn't mind the hard work because it was really worth the time and effort to cut it to the size of the rug. We marked the corners with Frog Tape before we picked up the rug since we had furniture to put on top of it so we could put it back exactly where we wanted it. The pad stuck really well to the hardwood floor and didn't want to move, exactly what we wanted!! This pad is great and if you purchase it, you won't be sorry!!
