OXO Good Grips 3QT Chef's Pan with Lid and Helper Handle, 3-Layered German Engineered Nonstick Coating, Stainless Steel Handle Nonslip Silicone, Black

I had heard about these pans, and they were on sale at the time I ordered so looked forward to getting it and trying it out. I had to return/exchange 2 of them as the metal was warped/dented and waited over a month until they came back in stock for the final one which was not damaged.I am finding the reviews were correct, and the pan is completely flat, so that the heat is evenly distributed. The non stick surface is truly that, I am watching not to scratch it of course as most pans end up being crap when that surface wears off.It also has a rubberized handle which is comfortable to hold.I think the pan is a little expensive for what it is, but it does work very well. Long term longevity we will see.

Bought the pan close from a year ago, haven't used it that much. First off, I received the pan and it was a bit crooked, but didn't really bothered me. But now, it's starting to warp and I don't even know why, I mostly cook with my non stick pans at 6 or 7 (never at high) so I don't understand why it is already warping.EDIT : Everything stick to the pan now, the non-stick coating is already gone I have this pan since august 5 started to use it after 4 - 5 months prior purchasing.

One thing we like is it is flat unlike previous well know producesWe bought 8 inch one, then 12”. The last one arrived several days late and deformed. I sent back for replacement. The replacement arrived within a few days and good. Quality of both were good. I then ordered 10 “ one. It didn’t arrive several days past promised date. I called the currier to find out they hadn’t received from Amazon. I talked to the customer service. They have options of refund and replacement shipping. I am now waiting for the arrival of the replacement in good condition. In conclusion, the product is good and customer service is good but there is a room for improving shipping/transportation

The pan was recommended on ATK as number 1 in its tests. This one has a lid which is great because it protects the surface and it has a lid. A little more than cheaper pans but so for it's worth it.

I watch Cooks Country especially for their product reviews. This was not their first time giving the highest rating to OXO products. I had my daughter buy me this pan for Christmas. It is the best non-stick pan I've ever had. Since having this one, I never use the T-Fal ones any longer. I love this pan so much I am going to buy a 10 inch one also.You do not have to use oil or butter, unless you want a little flavoring. Make sure to use silicone or non scratching utensils.
