Good product and VERY good customer service.
The razor head arrived quickly and did the job as expected. One of the heads broke off after the return window closed, and when I contacted them and sent a picture of it, they gave me a full refund. I was impressed that they were so easy to deal with and quick to reply. I will absolutely buy from them again.

Maybe bad luck. These need cleaned of hair often it seems, and the newest replacement not only doesn't close fully on one side but constantly pops off on an adjacent side. Quality seems hit or miss. The first worked perfectly.

Gets dull after second shave
I purchased this as a replacement to the stock, one that came on the unit. The stock one lasted me for three months, and it was amazing after my second shave with this unit. It started to pull my hair. I do not recommend this one as a replacement.

Not sharp
Update: I’d rather shave with a hatchet!This replacement blade is not nearly as sharp as the original one. It bites a little right from the start.
