Incomplete kit
I didn't really know what to expect since I'd not replaced the battery on an iPhone X before. I did it successfully but be warned that this kit does not have any replacement gaskets or adhesives. There was an oddly shaped piece of pseudo-double-sided tape that I assume was to hold the battery down, but it was not very strong. There was no replacement gasket for the speaker, and no replacement adhesive for the phone front itself and you really need that if you want a good seal.The only included instructions said to look for a YouTube video (it did not specify any particular one). So all in all, it got the job done, but not very well and you're going to have to buy additional pieces. At least it was inexpensive.

Great battery for the money.
It worked great. The only problem I had was I had trouble figuring out how to use the adhesive.

Battery arrived DOA.
I am an experienced phone repair technician and this battery arrived DOA. Replaced old internal battery and device gave warning ⚠️. According to Samsung documentation it is a bad battery error. Put old battery in and works fine. Ordering new battery from different supplier.

It can be a hassle to swap out the iPhone battery but worth it.
Product was as advertised and shipped quickly. Performance after installation is great and I am very happy that my IPhone X is back to like new charging and battery life. The only qualifier I would add is this. Do not attempt this replacement unless you have excellent eyesight (or a magnifying glass) and steady hands. The iPhone has the smallest screws I have ever encountered holding the battery in place.

Excellent service, delivered on time, all went well on the first phone, while the second phone cover screw unable to remove, I believe the tip of the Philips screw driver is softer than necessary.
