5 year review of the best automatic paper towel dispenser available. Before I installed this in the restroom of a martial arts studio I was a janitor for small businesses for 15 years. The martial arts studio has had kids classes 6 days a week since April 2021. Its July 2026 and I just had to change the batteries for the first time. This thing does what its supposed to do very well and conveniently no unneeded bells, whistles or apps. The sensor just works you dont need to wave your hand in a secret place or millimeter perfectly. It dispenses towels when you get a hand close and has done so without a hiccup for over 5 years. The way that the paper towels get replaced before the roll ends you never need to worry about them running out unexpectedly or wasting the end of a roll. I was initially concerned about needing to keep buying towels from pacific blue due to the plastic end on the paper towel rolls. This has not caused any problems. Paper towels have always been in stock and the price has not changed as much as many other products. After owning this I would never consider a different option for a customer/employee restroom.

En mi caso lo compre para uso doméstico, lo puse en la cocina para dejar de comprar los rollos de servitoalla, funciona de maravilla, no es la mejor estética para la cocina sin embargo la función y la comodidad lo supera por mucho. Debo aclarar que me ha costado trabajo encontrar los rollos de papel que le quedan. en una tienda especializada me hicieron modificaciones en el portarrollos y funciona excelente.
