All time favorite salt. I've been cooking with Redmond Real Salt for a while now and it's one of those small swaps that quietly makes everything better. When I was a kid I'd take a few sticks of the bubble gum that came in packs of baseball cards, chew it into a big wad, remove the wad and form it into a cup shape, fill it with salt and fold the top over so that I'd have a core of salt, pop it into my mouth and chew it until the salt taste was gone, then load it up again. I hope it's the real thing, as half of the round protective cover was already open. Besides, the blue plastic lid does not fully close because it comes with a gap around the only opening, and also it does not have the little holes every sallt container has. Weird packaging, really.

Have been using this for months after reading how bad table salt was . This is so nice . And good for you. We do need salt in diet . But nit that table salt . The stuff they put in is do bad fir you . Sea salt is ok BUT this is so nice tastes lovey and you dint need a lot . You will think it’s a lot of money for salt. . Believe me it’s worth it. It does last . Don’t cook with it though . Use sea salt for that if you must add salt to any cooking . This salt is really worth the money and you know it’s safe and actually good for you .
