Got a great deal! Easy setup and works great with all my Alexas. Getting ready to do more rooms with their variety of WiFi bulbs.

The only thing I would say is that the remote is corded to the lights so it’s not really a remote per se. otherwise I’m totally happy with these.

I went ahead and spent a little extra for these. They are in my daughters room and rarely used. Sengled had a issue with the app and my lights have stopped working. I’ve emailed 4 times for well over a month and I’m ignored. My last email for support was 9 days ago. Do yourself a favor and save some money and get any other brand.

Smart light strip is poor quality. Worked for a short time, but, easily shorts out at the slightest kink or attempt to angle it. Lights only show blue now unless I fiddle with it to make it white. Also white was off color and often disconnected from my Echo. Won't buy this again.

Mediocre product. These lights were installed as under-cabinet lighting in a kitchen currently being renovated. After installing the lighting, it failed and then we discovered that there is absolutely no customer support is available. This garbage caused my renovation to be halted costing me thousands of dollars. Look elsewhere. There are much better similar products available.

Have the old version and the new....new is not one single led strip, it's two and they cannot be combined. New is dimmer. New daylight setting isn't the same color as old daylight setting. Packaging even is cheaper, with the plastic holders now made of flimsy thin plastic....obviously this was revamped only for profit. Ugh. Buy the previous version.

I swore by this brand until 2024/2025. Sengled started having service outages, NO customer support, NO updates for the customer or help on their website or social media "help" pages, no mention from anywhere except Amazon, who had to pick up the slack for this MIA Chinese company. Basically I'm stuck with 20 bulbs right now that ONLY work with their app, and the skill will not link with Alexa or Alexa+, making voice commands impossible. I wish I could give ZERO stars for a product I spent hundreds on that I will likely have to replace. PATHETIC

First set I ordered did not work properly. Second set stopped working 5 weeks after the return window closed.
