Works well to reduce airborne particulates by filtration. I have noticed a decrease in respiratory issues after use.

I used this to revive an old Rigid air filter system. OEM filters are no longer available so this is a practical alternative.

I installed these at my inlet intake to see if I could prevent cat and dog hair depositing in our drain pan or bypassing our regular pleated filter to deposit on our Heat Pumps coils. To make this work, I had to cut to size then tape the back end on the metal intake vent. Then I screwed the vent back in place and vaccuumed the outside periodically. After 6 months I was blow away. Picture one is the back of this filter cloth. Picture two as I am removing to replace is a picture of the front. (The original color of the filter cloth is bright white) The last picture is of our drip tray, which remained pristine. Our normal filter was a bit dirty too, but I got 6 months out of it and the coils to the heat pump are perfect. The filter cloth never moved when the unit was on, stayed in place perfectly. Highly recommended.
