Creamer or no Creamer?...That is the question! Our cupping philosophy at Stella Beans is based on brewing coffee at a 1:1 ratio. 1 gram of coffee per 1 oz of brewed water. We find that our single origin coffees and blends are best savored without creamer. This allows you to taste the subtle flavors and notes found in higher-end coffees. If you think our coffee is weak, then try the 6oz setting. Other single serve brands compensate for the customer adding creamer by roasting longer and achieving toasted notes. These toasted notes tend to compliment creamer, but they overpower most of the bean's notable characteristics. For this reason, you will find our coffees are smooth and pleasant to drink...without creamer! Enjoy...
