So I guess I have a little “melatonin bar” in my night stand by now and I have figured out how it works for me. Melatonin doesn’t work the same for everyone, if at all, but this is what I have experienced. With all doses I feel sleepy after 30min and in an hour I’m fighting to keep my eyes open. 1mg - Tastes like candy. Helps me routinely fall asleep and stay asleep. Most of the time I will dream where I used to only occasionally remember my dreams. It consistently gave me stressful dreams and nightmares for the first couple weeks, but didn’t disturb my sleep. I wake up feeling fine. 3mg - Tastes like an out of season strawberry. I will sleep longer if I don’t set an alarm and always remember at least a little of my dreams. No trouble waking up. I wake up feeling fine. 10mg - Tastes bitter with a faint hint of strawberry but I don’t have to choke it down. Once I’m out, I’m OUT. If I wake up to go to the bathroom I can continue the dream I was having or have similar dreams. I can sleep for a straight 12 or more hours if I don’t set an alarm and sleep in a dark room. I wake up groggy and have a headache after an hour or so, which it lasts all morning. I don’t like this dose, but I’m hanging on to it just in case altering my sleep schedule is worth the hangover. Maybe I’ll split them in half. I love that this brand sweetens with xylitol so you aren’t eating harmful artificial sweeteners or encouraging cavities if you take it after brushing your teeth. Just make sure you hide it from pets since xylitol is fatal for cats and dogs, even in small doses ...something about organ failure I can’t recall entirely. Just hide it if your pets are nosy. Useable and fast and last for 5-6 hours; good sleep, soluble fast, very easy to use, no bad digestive effect THANX

Right off the bat I want to point out 2 things. 1. It does NOT dissolve quickly. Chew it up. 2. Chew it fast because it tastes nasty. That out of the way, I will admit I've had some luck with this supplement. After trying valerian root which screwed up my liver panel, failed prescriptions and OTC sleep aids that didn't work, my doctor recommended magnesium. I bought it and the Melatonin at about the same time and found that taken in conjunction I have gotten some decent results. I still wake up 2 hours after going to sleep (old lady bladder), but now I'm able to go back to sleep for another 6 hours or so. I don't get really sleepy for about 30-45 minutes after taking the pills, but when it hits I'm out like a light. I take one of these, 500 mg of magnesium, and if I still really struggle I'll pop 25 mg of diphenhydremine to round out my cocktail. I don't wake up grogged out and I am pleased as punch to get 8 hours of sleep after years of less than ideal rest.

A great alternative to sleep medication. These are a great price very affordable. They taste good and they help me fall asleep at ease. You just take the dosage that’s recommended on the back of the bottle. They dissolve quickly and they taste great.

I order these a lot. I do recommend for a good night's sleep. Texture, pill size, sleep quality. Just give these a try and so how well they work.

I ran out of melatonin and I had to find a new brand. I tried these and I am happy with my purchase. Only about 10 cents a pill and it does disolve quickly and tastes good to boot!

Bought strawberry flavor which the only one I can use and got different flavor , this happened before , have to be honest about what u show and what u really send to customers
