The Perfect Bundle of Flavor
I. Cannot. Get. Enough. This was my first time trying Sichuan Chili Crisp and came across this colorful, fun and delicious product. Each flavor jar, is the perfect size, sealed securely and easy to store. Each flavor also has their own unique ingredients and heat levels, which makes how you choose to use each one in your meals or recipes, an experience all in itself. The oil mix is deep, smooth and rich. Not too thick and not too thin. (Also dependent on if you refrigerate the oil mix, or leave it at room temperature). My next mission: to try all the delicious flavors.

Simply the best
Fly by jing is the best, hands down. Each if these is perfect in it's own way. Classic is perfect sezchuan flavor. Chengdu is so wonderfully crunchy, zhong is sweet and decadent. I always have all three on hand

I would buy it again
This was recommended by thatdudecancook on FB and YT. He used it on chicken, but I've also used it on pork. As far as versatility, it's for meat. I like the taste; really good. It's also spicy without being hot, if that makes sense. I've always loved horseradish sauce, tobacco sauce, salsa, and so on; just not tear your innards up hot. The fire's in your mouth but you don't feel like you're dying from your mouth being on fire. Been there, done that. I'm old, can't do that kind of heat anymore. Definitely buy it again, though be forwarned, you have to dig the solid out of the bottom of the jar. It's like it separates out, and it's hard to mix back together. You'll see.

If I had to use 1 condiment for the rest of my life....
I have never adored a condiment more in my life. I put this stuff on everything. Eggs, Avocado, Noodles, Soups, Chicken, Burgers....I am literally buying more of it just so I can take it with me on vacation. My only complaint is that I want a 2 pack of the sweet and the xtra crunchy, because those are my favorites, but they don't seem to sell that.

Mid chili oils
I always see people online using this brand of chili oil so I thought I'd give it a try. 1. Original - [4/10 ] Not much flavor unless you manage to bite into a black bean. Taste very bland and not spicy at all. Sriracha sauce has more kick than this. Feels like a diluted version of lao gai ma(black beans version). 2. Sweet+Spicy - [5/10] A huge upgrade from the original but it is noticeably sweeter. It still isn't spicy though. It is similar to Lao style chili paste that you eat with sticky rice but has a thinner consistency(Jeow bong). 3. Xtra Crunchy - [5/10] Taste like the original but has more substance and textures like fried garlic, sesame seeds, and peanuts. Overall these chili oils are mid at best. They just aren't very flavorful or spicy. I won't be buying them again.

Best chilli crisp Iโve ever had
I recently discovered FLYBYJING Chilli Crisp and it has quickly become one of my all-time favorite condiments. The unique blend of spicy, savory, and slightly sweet flavors is absolutely addictive, and I find myself reaching for it on just about everything. One of the things I love most about FLYBYJING Chilli Crisp is the versatility of its uses. It's great as a topping for everything from grilled meats and vegetables to noodles and rice dishes. It's also delicious when mixed into sauces or used as a marinade. The possibilities are endless, and I've had a lot of fun experimenting with different recipes. But what really sets FLYBYJING Chilli Crisp apart from other condiments is the quality of its ingredients. The chili peppers are perfectly balanced with a blend of soybean oil, garlic, sugar, and other spices. The result is a complex and nuanced flavor that is truly unique. I also appreciate the fact that FLYBYJING Chilli Crisp is made with all natural ingredients and is free of additives and preservatives. This is something that is important to me, and it's great to know that I'm getting a high-quality product that is both delicious and healthy. Overall, I highly recommend FLYBYJING Chilli Crisp to anyone who loves bold, flavorful condiments. It's a great addition to any kitchen and adds a delicious, spicy kick to just about any dish. Whether you're a seasoned chef or just looking for an easy way to add some flavor to your meals, I think you'll find that FLYBYJING Chilli Crisp is a must-have.

Buy at your own risk 5-11-24
5-11-24 Update Tried the Chengdu Crunch and chipped a tooth on whatever garbage was in the jar. Seriously, IMO, avoid their products. We LOVE Chili Crisp in our household and have used it for years. My SO saw this particular brand featured on Martha Stewart's site by a guest chef. The guest chef raved about it so I bought the variety three pack. What I got was a lot of expensive oil and virtually no crunch. Trust me, if you have a decent Asian market in your area, you can do much better than this brand - for a LOT less money. The seller reached out to me and offered to replace the order. They explained that each jar is hand packed and they strive for a 50/50 mix of oil and crunch. I accepted their offer and received three replacement jars. Again, the Sichuan Chili Crisp is mostly oil, the other jars did have more "stuff" than oil. While I appreciate the replacement and give them five stars for customer service, I have to be honest and stick with my original comment - you can do much better than these products for a lot less money. These products are made in China like most every Spicy Chili Crisp I have ever purchased so let's not kid ourselves about the labor costs involved.
