Product is a nice size and there aren't many parts. Unfortunately, it says easy set up in 10 minutes...then says you need 3 people. After attempting to lift the tent screen myself, they weren't kidding. I don't have others to help me so this just won't work.

Have used several times during camping trips. Easy to setup and take down. Roomy and I like the fact that two sides open. Last use was in rain and, while the top itself is water resistant, the sloping screen sides make it somewhat difficult to stay completely out of the rain, especially if there is any kind of breeze. Not a fault of the tent, but something to consider if you are going to use in rainy weather. Be nice if it came with a rain fly like some regular tents.Regarding customer service, I set the tent up at home to dry it out and a sudden strong gust of wind came up and collapsed 1 side of the tent breaking one of the fiberglass poles. I emailed customer service and they agreed to send me a new set of poles! Can't beat that.

We have only set it up once in our backyard before using it to camp. It is a lot easier than our older one of a different make. My only criticism is that although there is a thank you and invitation to register it, the website is over there and there is no registration option anywhere.

I like the shock cord system with the tent poles so you cannot lose any of the sections, which also means no thought needed as to the order of the sections when connecting them. If you want to connect the poles before you thread them through you will need a large area for the set up. It can be assembled quickly with 2 people. The directions are sewn in the bag which is handy as mentioned by other reviewers. The tent canopy survived a thunderstorm quite well, did not get blown over and there was only some moisture underneath.
