Not sure why the previous reviewer didn't like this product, I've found it to be AMAZING, especially if you do your own pedicures. For optimum results, soak your feet in hot water for at least 15-20 minutes before use; I use a Dr. Scholl's home foot spa with bubbles & massage, and put a little tea tree oil & epsom salts in the water. I also use a coarse pumice stone and a ceramic smoother afterward, for truly professional salon results. After soaking your feet, pat them dry (one at a time), apply a thick layer of Callus Off, wait 5-8 minutes, put them back in the water, then use the pumice stone or Ped-Egg type scraper to remove the dead skin. Yes, it really works! I go barefoot 360 days per year and suffer from hard, dry, cracked heels- that nasty kind in which the dirt gets embedded and you can never scrub completely clean (and which lotions don't even touch). This stuff takes care of it. Also good for softening cuticles around nails, but only leave on 2-3 mins. I only need to use it once per month to keep my heels soft & clean. (I recommend using a Mr. Pumice in the shower 2-3X per week to keep them that way.) This is the same stuff professional salons use; why not save the $30 and do it yourself?

great for heels... follow directions, and don't for the love of god put it on your face. i don't care how smart or clever you think you are... don't use it anywhere other than your feet unless you like chemical burns and chunks of flesh missing from your body.

Game Changer!
I've used A LOT of foot products! I don't wear shoes around the house or yard most of the time, so my feet require a considerable amount of maintenance. My family has cruelly nicknamed me "Swifferfoot" because my feet are so rough they pick up dirt. Ewww. I've never found anything outside of a callous shaver that can keep my feet under control and even then they are gross enough to need a wood sander. This product worked PERFECTLY! If you've got calloused feet, you NEED this!!!!
