I have been using Bear Mountain pellets for about 6 years. I smoke on the west coast (Oceanside,Ca) in the summer and the Gulf Coast (Crystal River, Fl) in the winter. I do the whole back deck smoking, grilling thing. From Brisket to hot dogs. Bear Mountain has been my go to source for all my pellets. I do mix Royal Oak 100% charcoal pellets for most beef cooks, especially Tri-tip. Consistent burn and heat and true wood flavor. No fillers or oils. If you have not tried them give them a cook or two and you will be hooked.

Good product at a good price

This is my husbands favorite brand of wood pellets for his smoker. The price per poundage is pretty fair. Bear Mountain is super easy to use and to get going in the smoker. He has used this in the grill with smoker tubes and in his smoker. Both are easy to use and has great results. The pellets last a long while as well which is nice, we don't burn through them quickly. He loves the smoky flavor Bear Mountain gives. He has smoked many meats and items in the smoker and each have turned out amazing. Bear Mountain and Costcos pellets are his favorite out of all the choices out there. Bear Mountain is ranked the highest.

The pellets are great, but major props to the seller for customer service. Ordered a bag that showed up completely destroyed by Fedex. A lot of the pellets had spilled out and it was a huge mess. Fedex was no help, but after some arm twisting the seller sent me a new bag which was much appreciated. Will be using them again in the future for more hickory fuel for the smoker.

The pellets are great for grilling

These are great on my Trager Ironwood 650. Flavour is great and well balanced. Burn time is excellent. Heat is consistent and reliable and super stable over long cooks. Pellets are very dry and very little dust or broken pellets in the bag like other brands tend to have. I cooked a Brisket for 22 hours with these pellets and it was amazing. I cooked a Brisket previously with the Traeger Signature blend pellets and while it was good, the smoke flavour wasn't as good and well balanced. These pellets aren't bitter or dirty tasting at all. I highly recommend these for any pellet grill.

I liked them but for the price here on Amazon, I could get better stuff at homedepot

I used this product for my Traeger pellet smoker. I didn't realize how big the bags would be. The flavor is great! Great value! I will be purchasing more in the future. Highly recommended

These are my go too pellets for my pellet smoker. Very good consistancy, gives gerat burn and smoke from my pellet grill.
