Q: What has happened to the Butter Toffee flavor, it is not as good as it used to be. Vehemently they changed the label did the recipe change? I'm sad.

I agree. I feel like the flavor is weaker/different. It's okay, but not nearly as good. I'm currently searching for something better. Sad; because the Butter Toffee was my absolute favorite..

Q: How many ounces of water is recommended for brewing

depends on your taste. The less water the stronger. I believe most K-cup recommends 8 or 10 ounces

Q: Is it arrabica coffee?

I use the Butter Toffee only and that is Arabica coffee. I don't know about the other flavored
