ASICSWomen's Gel-Excite 8 Running Shoes

I love these shoes so much! They look very good on my feet – I was specifically looking for white shoes as I feel more athletic in those (mind tricks, I know)... I like lifting, but I need some cardio in my training, and bits like this help me getting those in.It has more arch support than I expected (I had the Excite 7 before, but this was cheaper right now in my size), but it doesn't have a lot of cushion – hence the 4 stars. It has more drop and more cushion that I would tolerate for lifting, though, so I still keep this for my cardio workouts! Wouldn't recommend them for lower body heavy(-er) lifting!I have wide feet and it has a comfortable toe box to accommodate for that need!I usually wear 10-10.5 for running, but I use these in the gym exclusively (keeping them clean-er ;)), and for any other activities, most styles fit me in 9-9.5. I ordered 9.5 and they are perfect!All in all, I'd recommend these shoes, just be aware that you won't have the "walking on cloud" feeling.

I buy a new pair every year in august and they are my favorite. This is the best brand for running and i have used other brands but they never workout so i go back to my asics. I mainly use these for my neighborhood runs but i also use for walking, HIIT workouts etc. they never get dirty because i buy the all black ones. Love them!

These shoes are the best I’ve ever worn. I got an 8-1/2 and they are perfect! Not too wide, not too big. So much so, that I bought an extra pair! Highly recommend!

I have wide feet. I’m on my feet all day. These shoes are so comfortable. And I’ve had ankle pain for months. Now the pain is gone.

I would love to buy this for myself but if I did my daughter probably would not wear hers... She runs track and says they feel great! WIN!! Price is reasonable while looking fashionable!!! Worth every Penny!!

Generally nice shoes. Good room in the toe box, good fit and padding on the heel. No arch support, very little room for high arches in the tongue area, especially tight where the toe box meets the tongue on the vamp. Almost felt like the tongue had too much padding. For me the shoes are wearable and comfortable for walking if the laces are completely loose and not tied.

I have always loved these tennis shoes; however, I don't understand why my size has increased. I started with 8.5, then 9, then had to get 9.5, and now I needed a 10, which I find weird as my shoe size has not changed with any other shoes. What is Asics doing? Making them cheaper.

I've been wearing asics running shoes for several years now and these are just like previous pairs! They hold up well and are comfortable, with just the right amount of support for a neutral pronator.

These fir perfectly and are so comfy and supportive - if only they could make me run faster! I would highly recommend these trainers

I love ASIC shoes. I have been wearing them for much longer than 10 years. They fit me well and have great cushioning and support for walking. I buy a new pair each year and always keep the last two pairs; one for yard work and one for wearing in boat. The removable insoles are a plus for me and these shoes can even be (occasionally) washed in the washer and dried outside on the clothes line if they get really soiled in the garden or full of sand from boating or the beach.

Gives EXCELLENT support for feet with great arch, i recommend these for walking, running, home workouts, running errands, i'd even wear these to bed! I hated asics shoes for the logo but ive tried it for 2 months now and they are like a HUG to your feet. I would repurchase these without hesitating!!!

Shoes work awesome if you need to be on your feet for long periods of time (nurse)
