Great quality instead of using a pizza screen. Pizza on this tray cooks just fine. It gets nice and hot with little hole marks on crust evenly. Cook the whole pie with this and your pizza will never get stuck on your peel. Especially good for that learning curve until you get it down.

This is a great pizza pan! I've struggled with others that leave the bottom of the pie soft and soggy. This one is heavy duty metal and the holes allow for great heat transfer so no more soggy crust. I use a premade crust that needs to be formed, add sauce and toppings and bake at 475 degrees for 10-11 minutes and the results are awesome!

third purchase of this pan. they are great pans for frozen pizzas. not sure how they would work for a "soft" homemade dough crust pizza. the holes allow even heat to the crust and frozen pizzas cook perfect at the recommended temp and time. i like the easy cleanup but the holes do a number on scrubby pads if you apply too much pressure when washing. non-stick coating is great and holds up. gave away one pan and replaced one that was 6-7 years old (?). not bad for heavy use. highly recommend.

While shopping, I saw a frozen RAo pizza. Checked Amazon for crisper pan. Cooked pizza, to perfection and I'm not a fan of frozen, but Rao caught my interest. This pan is well made will last for ever, so easy to keep clean . I placed a mat under the pan sliced it, mat caught crumbs. Why, not cook the steak fries, best ever frozen fries never had to turn them over with the holes at the bottom, browned to perfection. Will be good for reheat on any left overs. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT

This is the BEST freaking pizza pan i’ve ever used. As an experienced chef, this pizza pan allows my pizza crust to get amazingly crispy, but still soft and chewy on the inside. When using other pizza pans, the bottom of the center of the pizza is sometimes soft and not so sturdy. But with this pan’s amazing design, the holes allow the entire bottom crust to be crisp and sturdy. I can hold my thin-crusted pizza slice towards the outer crust, and yet the entire slice of pizza doesn’t flop down. I’ve never had my toppings “fall through the holes” since toppings belong within the pizza crust. With a properly made pizza crust and properly assembled pizza, nothing should fall through any hole in the oven. My pizza also comes off the pizza pan smoothly, and never sticks! I never used oil on the pan either, since I dust my crust with a bit of flour or cornmeal. I’ve cut my pizza on the pan multiple times and it’s still great. Highly recommend!

Excellent! Non-stick and even cooking

This pan is worth the money. It is slightly heavier than our old cheap pan, is bigger, has a lovely smooth coating that repels stuck-on food, and is a delight to use. Plus, it looks great.

Bought as a gift and it's been received well. You have to watch not just the width of your oven but, in particular, the DEPTH too. Otherwise you may find this doesn't fit. Suitable for BIG ovens.

My pizza dough turned into a wonderful crispy crust. I did the pan a little wipe with EVOO first, but nothing stuck and we had a perfect pizza crust - definitely would recommend.
