These fit well and are actually really comfortable. They are slightly long for short people. They glide on and off easily. They wash well. HANG DRY these! I am please with the loss of water my body experiences with using these sauna pants. Much more comfortable than others I have used.I recommend purchasing these pants! They're also true to size with amazing stretch capability.

These leggings ran just slightly large. They were easy to put on and felt great. I noticed the sauna effect immediately. While working out or doing chores they really work great. They are so comfortable.

Decent quality but if you work out in it, the silver separates at the seam. Fits a little loose, works okay keeping the heat in, you can wear it outside without it being see through .

Being that I recently lost 25lbs, I thought that I could COMFORTABLY fit a XL with room to spare. That XL was more like a medium. I am now a L/XL (depends on the material), whereas I used to be a solid 16 or 2XL. These run small, so buyer beware. The stretch is minimal. They didn’t even make up my thighs. I ended up giving them to my daughter since she too recently lost weight.(UPDATE) When I first reviewed this item it was not favorable for me. BUT after the seller read my comments, and caring about my satisfaction with their product; I was giving a second chance to try out their product. I received a 2XL AND 3XL in the mail. I must say the 2XL fit a little better than what I originally had. They run a little short in the legs and a little big in the waist (I had them fastened all the way to the tightest fit), BUT I was able to put them on and I am going to work out in them.My daughter has my original purchase and she said she worked out in them and they had her feeling as if she peed on herself. That's how much she was sweating after working out in them. I recommend wearing a waist trainer with these pants if the waist is a little to big for you. They most definitely get the job done when it comes to sweating. Be sure to let them air dry. Drying them in the just is not a good idea.

Love it. Works amazingly. I sweat a lot in them. Wanted them hiking and walking on treadmill. It was light weight, thin and fit perfectly underneath my pant. It is stretchy material. I wish you come up with a long sleeve shirt with same light/thin materials to allow sweating upper body. I would highly recommend this product.

Once on they pretty much suction cup to your body, making it hard to pull up or down if need be. But they do make you sweat which I love. I’m a heavy bottom girl and had no problems fitting them ;)

These pants are amazing! I’ve had them for 2 weeks and lost 4 lbs. The material is super stretchy which makes them really comfortable to work out in. The high waist is a bonus too! They are also pretty durable. The price is also great, a steal.
