Excellent quality and flavors
These non-GMO and kosher black soybeans are excellent quality, and I love that they come in a durable cotton canvas bag. After using the beans, I washed the bag and now use it as a travel cosmetic pouch! Such a thoughtful and eco-friendly packaging idea. Great product all around.

Great price for a tasty product!
Love the nutty taste of these beans! Great in chili and black bean soup. A great value for the money. I dislike the cloth bag and decant the beans into a large plastic container, but for the price and taste, this product is worth the slight hassle.

best black beans
I am really trying to watch my salt/sodium intake and was appalled at the level of sodium in a can of beans - even the "low sodium"! I've taken to making my own in my instant pot. I don't use any salt at all. I usually will put a bay leaf in the water, but that's it. They are fantastic. Every time. I set it for high pressure 35 mins, and manual steam immediately - if you release the steam promptly, your beans will still hold together with a great texture and not be mushy. I've found these are nice and clean as well. I still always rinse them, but I rarely find much to pitch - maybe one per batch. I typically make 2 c dried beans and add enough cold water to submerge the beans by about 2". When they're finished cooking, I drain them and then let them cool a bit and separate to freeze in portions more suitable for me. I will defrost them before using them in any of my dishes. They are perfect every time.
