Great product for the price. My cat loves to pick at things, so I thought I’d get him a new scratching post. He loves it! I put it together in about 5 minutes because it only has 5 steps. The post is prickly which is great for him to stick his claws into, and it is very stable. I don’t think it’s going to come apart unless I take it apart. The beige is aesthetic, and the design is sleek. Even when he isn’t scratching it, he will lay on the carpeted part at the bottom. This product also came with catnip and an additional body scratching piece. I don’t use catnip, but my cat absolutely adores the body scratching piece. He’ll rub his neck and chin on it frequently. As you see in the video, he also likes the pompom balls. 10/10

This is a great scratching post. It was easy to assemble and I like that I can remove the bottom half when it becomes too used and attach the top directly to the base. It is durable and stable. The balls are a nice touch and help to encourage them to use the post. I ultimately chose this one because it was taller than most scratching posts, which our orange cat really appreciates. It came with a self grooming brush that you can attach to the post or to something else. It also came with catnip. Our cats don't use these, but I like the thought.

This scratching post was easy to put together and feels really sturdy once assembled. I like that you can leave one of the poles out if you want it to be a little shorter, which is a nice option depending on your space. The base is solid so it doesn’t wobble when my cats scratch or climb on it. It also came with a little brush scratcher that attaches to the bottom, which my cats absolutely love rubbing their faces on. The spring toy on the bottom is another great touch and makes my kitten goes CRAZY playing with it. It's a great color too that doesn't stick out. Overall it’s a great scratching post for the price and my cats started using it right away.

This is the third one that I've ordered. The prices is reasonable and with three cats, one will last me about 6 months. They are slightly bigger cats so the bottom portion is rarely used. I wish there was a way that once the top was wearing down, it could be flipped for the bottom portion but it's not designed that way. That's really my only complaint. Good product. Sturdy. My cats give it a good workout for the 6 months that it lasts. Just wish it was designed for the bottom portion to be swapped for the top when it begins to wear out.

This has been great for my new kitten. He loves climbing it and playing with the ball. I’ll have to get a taller one later but it’s good while he’s still small! Very easy installation too!

Yes, yes, yes. Exactly what cats need. I have three very different cats from very different backgrounds and all three utilize these scratchers. Has it stopped them from scratching the furniture? No. Not 100%. Probably more like 90% though and that a lot. I did purchase two and placement seems to be key for my kitties. Setting these posts near the furniture to give them that alternative is necessary. I must point out that the moment. The absolute moment I set these down, my cats stated using them. One cat ran back and forth between the two, scratching at both. They were immensely happy and they were showing me that they liked what I bought. The height is perfect. Stability? Meh. These posts do rock and sway. For kittens under 5 months they may be perfectly stable, but any adult cat is going to make them move. These posts should have thicker bases to prevent sway. They have not toppled, yet. If the bases weighed just a little more. The posts are boring beige, but the cats don’t care. They look like ugly, dead tree trunks and my cats love them.

Easy to put together and sturdy. Before I had it put together, my cat was playing. She loves it and she's a big girl. Love the fur softness on the base. There was a plastic brush type thing that I didn't know was included and she started using it right away. She likes the bobble ball. It looks very nice and the jute is wrapped tightly. It doesn't tip over.

This has lasted a pretty good while for my one cat and daily use. A huge drawback, in my opinion, is the 2 columns are not reversible so that the bottom column is in brand new shape while the upper one is shredded and needs replacement. The problem is that the top cap has a glued on cover with no threads to screw in so you can't reverse them. Pretty much every brand Ive used can be reversed to extend the life of the scratching surface.

This is a pretty large sturdy cat post. I have 3 active cats....they all LOVE this tree. I've had two of them at the same time on the pole itself (18lbs) and wresting on it...no tipping at all. This thing is just awesome. Great bang for buck. Also, carpet doesn't shed...I appreciate that I don't need to clean that up too.
