Good and easy to swallow multivitamin.

I asked ChatGBT for a reasonably priced multi vitamin with including certain minerals as well as certain vitamin dosage. I've been taking vitamins for over 30 years now and It came up with One a Day for women, the first bottle I got really worked well, I never had an upset tummy taking it, and I feel Confident in taking it. I highly recommend it to all the women consumers out there!!!

Great vitamin actually helps with energy

I’m only knocking off one star because these suckers are huge and they don’t have rounded edges, so it makes swallowing a little tricky. But this hasn’t caused any stomach upset, it has improved my energy, and I love that it’s only a once daily supplement. I wish this brand’s prenatal vitamin was only once a day and not 4. My OB said that I am able to take this as a prenatal due to the amount of folate that is in it, along with a choline and DHA supplement. I just hope that when I do get pregnant, this won’t make me sick because I love taking this vitamin and brand and like I said, I don’t want to take 4 a day, so I’ll have to find a different brand if so. Fingers crossed! UPDATE: I noticed that as I was finishing up my first bottle, taking this vitamin began to make me feel as if I would gag, so I am switching to something else. The size is just too big and it not having round edges makes it difficult to swallow, and it doesn’t taste the best.
