Absolutely beautiful. But.. it is light weight and so you have to use less heat and heat isn't retained well. I cook on a Bluestar range, gas. It is quite powerful and this pan drives me nuts. I use oil or some kind of fat, but because it is thin, it cooks too hot. I might learn to like it because it is really pretty, but for cooking, not so much. I bought it hoping that I could go from stove to table. Please note, I had no illusions that it was non-stick, but even with a lot of oil or fat, it sticks.Update - contacted Heston - I tried again to use it exactly as recommended, but it is too thin to cook decently. And the clean up, although not hard, requires too much scrubbing.

I love this pan. It’s super expensive but I’ve decided it was well worth the money.It’s beautiful, well balanced and a great weight, when used with proper technique it’s almost as good as non stick.Cleans up beautifully and does everything I want to perfection.No regrets even at the price and I WILL be buying other pieces from this line !!Love it !!

Excellent heat distribution. Easy to clean. Love the weight and the handle is ergonomically correct. Worth every penny!
