The original seal tape was cut off, original box even was broken ! When I try to install the filter as instructed in the manual, it was already installed without original sealed packing. The product itself is a great product, but the selling method is below average.

I got it to pair with Home Assistant to monitor air quality and wow this thing is amazing!One year later and it's out of warranty and it's literally eating itself LOL Plastic pieces are all over my floor
