I work in construction as a Production Manager. When we get ready to start building a home we have our surveyors marks hour house corners. This ensures the house is built in the right location. Inevitably, someone runs over, kicks out, drops trusses on or completely drives over my pins!!! My solution- buy a metal detector!! I’ve never used one, and I am not interested in going treasure hunting. This has been the best purchase ever! It was delivered quickly, and was a snap to put together. My granddaughter played with it for hours, and found all kinds of fun things in our yard.Today I finally had a chance to take this baby out to the job site. Wow, it worked perfectly! I was so impressed. Now mind you, our sites have a lot of nails and other debris... but I could easily tell the difference simply based on the beeping sound. Needless to say, we found the pin and it saved me from having to call the surveyors back. That, my dear friends, saved me hundreds of dollars!! I couldn’t be happier. Now I’m going to go treasure hunting!
