Absolutely worth the money
Bought this as an upgrade to my frankly rubbish Nero Sports rickety treadmill. It was at the upper end of my budget, but it's totally worth it. This ProForm treadmill is actually a lot larger than the product photos would suggest, and is almost as sturdy as a commercial gym machine. The tablet/mobile holder is snug and is just at the right height for me to watch movies whilst I run. Incline and speed controls are very easy to use. A brilliant bit of kit.

Sturdy, well-built treadmill for home use.
Very impressed by quality of build of machine. Instructions for assembly were really clear as all components were labelled - but definitely a 2 man job as the treadmill is extremely heavy. However, it folds conveniently when not in use and there are wheels to help move the machine. I chose this machine as it offered a wider track than other brands and this makes the treadmill feel safe and comfortable to use. Overall delighted with purchase.

Service support from Icon is rubbish
The service support from Icon is rubbish. The item is covered for 2 years for parts and labour, after that the motor is covered for a further 3 years. If the motor fails they will send you a new one but the recommendation from the service engineers for a motor failure is that you replace the MCB at £75.00 plus VAT. You then pay for call out and labour. I received a new motor after 28 months and paid for the MCB, callout and labour. The new motor was faulty and the engineer did not sign off the paperwork fully. Icon supplied a replacement motor but refused to pay for another engineer callout so I will have to pay again to actually fix my treadmill. Would never happen anywhere else in the electronic world if a faulty part was delivered.
