Question 1

I would like to use this on my new 7ft x 14 ft enclosed trailer.  How much do i need? Is the 4 litters going to cover that area?

Per the Raptor Liner Technical Data Sheet and Process Guide the 4 liter kit will cover up to 125 square feet.  7 x 14 equals 98 square feet which should allow for plenty of coverage assuming you are only doing the floor.  I recommend doing a light coat (2 of 4 bottles) on the entire floor, cleaning the spray gun with acetone between bottles.  Allow it to dry for a day and cover the floor in a second coat with the remaining bottles. 
 Using an adhesion promoter or primer at a minimum will ensure a lasting bond.

Will this be enough to paint a metal bumper ? Already have it etched

Yes, this will be enough material for a pick up truck bumper.

Question 3

How many cans would I need to cover a mini van? Body, undercarriage, hubcaps, and floor inside?

Per many hours of YouTube videos that were watched before I did my truck cap you should need approx 8 bottles to put the proper amount of coats for the exterior. As for the interior I would say about the same or maybe a little less depending on what your coating. You put it on in thin coats and once mixed the bottles are only good for about 30 mins so you have to be fast and have your area prepped for paint before mixing. Great product. Love the look and texture.

Question 4

How hard of a shell does this form? I'm thinking of using to coat the bottom of my kayak and wondering if it will hold up against hitting rocks.

I used on the lumber rack for my truck following all the steps and wouldn't recommend you to use it. It doesn't stick to metal very well .I don't think would last under water.
