The 3-Pc Reusable, Ge; Ice Wrap set is AWESOME! It was received on-time, well packaged, and in good condition. The two Gel Packs are an excellent size, and the straps are not attached - which provide the user with nearly limitless ways the packs can be placed on the body for best support, effect, & comfort. Not too hard, not too soft, they shape to the body and stay in the right place. Because they are Gel rather than ICE, they hold their temperature for a long time. I only wish that I ha discovered these great packs years ago! They get my Highest Recommendation.

Great quality. Exactly what I expected. There are extenders for the belt so I am able to use this over my hysterectomy pillow and walk around the house without holding the pillow & ice pack. It could be adjusted to fit anyone anywhere. Very handy!!

I bought this set in preparation for my hip replacement. They were a lifesaver. Easy to store in the freezer and easy to use. The size is perfect and they are comfortable to wear. They have held up well with a lot of use. I would recommend to anyone needing an ice pack.

I like the cold/hot packs and the strap to hold them in place. I haven't tried the heat yet, but the cold works wonderfully for my occasional lower back pain. The pouch for the cold pack could be a slight bit larger to make inserting the pack a bit easier. But that is minor.

This is a great product. I'm recovering from a foot injury and the large size of the ice pack is just the right length and width to wrap all the way around my forefoot. (I have a small skinny foot so it might not be long enough for you. Best to measure your foot to check.) The Velcro strap holds it on well. It's easy to put it on myself and it stays in place while I'm adjusting the pillows to elevate it. It holds it's cold temperature plenty long enough. It's still very cold even after 15 minutes use. It's soft and comfortable but it can be a little stiff if very frozen. It helps to knead it a little and let it soften a little before use. I prefer to wear a sock underneath to keep it from being too cold on my skin.

I needed to get good quality Ice Packs but also really liked the idea that these packs could be used as a heating pad. When frozen, the ice pack lasts a long time and does the job well. The only thing to consider is they are a bit stiff when they first come out of the freezer and may be a little difficult to bend around a body part if you are trying to ice an shoulder or ankle. However, they become much more pliable in a matter of a few minutes and do a great job.

I was under the impression that the “large” set would have 2 sleeves. Incorrect. The set comes with 2 gel packs but only one sleeve, so if my leg is hurting in more than one place I have to choose which one hurts the most. But the set also comes with an additional Velcro band! Just hanging out, loose. What am I supposed to do with this? It does get pretty cold after only a couple of hours. It’s still fairly flexible but you do have to kind of wiggle it to work it into the sleeve. It stays cold for longer than 30 minutes, I can say for certain, because I sometimes need it to ease the pain enough for me to get to sleep. Sometimes it’s so cold, I have to take it off after a short while because it’s actually so cold it hurts/burns even through the sleeve. I can wrap it around my whole thigh. It will stay in place only while you’re laying or sitting. If you have to get up make sure it’s really tight or it will start sliding

Worked well for both hot and cold. Quick to heat up in microwave but only warm for 10 to 15 minutes. Cold was good but not very pliable for wrapping around ankle or wrist.

Perfect for icing or heating injuries and not having to hold the ice or heat pack in place with your hands! Folds up small and is good for travelling. Bought after being recommended by a friend. I would recommend this to anyone! The ice/heat packs are large and stay cold/hot for a while!!

For lower back pain, very good result.. Best choice.
