Yes, it did meet my expectations and I've used it before for stress and weightloss. It helps when you are going through menopause. Helps my mood as well as my energy, focus, relaxation, and I like that it has a great flavor. Strawberry! I take 2 of them with breakfast and don't miss! It's a 1500mg but it sure does do the job once you get it in your system!

First I have to say this isn’t my first time using ashwagandha it helps me to sleep and seems to keep my cycle regular but this is my first time trying this brand I’d like to say it’s working well for what I need it for but it doesn’t really taste like strawberries it has a weird/ nasty taste that I’ve put up with simply because it’s been working

This is the 2nd time we order these gummies, they are effective and give a good night rest. Do not wake up feeling groggy or anything. They have a good taste and no aftertaste.

Whenever I take this brand I have a bunch of dreams and I also wake up more frequently. I must also say that the taste is awful at first! I choke them down when I need to get to sleep quickly but the quality of sleep hasn’t been as good as anticipated. This is the second brand I’ve used. The first one tasted much better.

Do your research - but I have carried depression & anxiety disorder since I was a child. Multiple medications and herbal remedies. I started taking Ashwaganda about 3 years ago. And I’ll never stop. I take 2-3 of these gummies every night before bed and they just stabilize my mood. Haven’t needed chemical intervention since I started, BUT always willing should I get unbalanced. This provider is very reliable. This brand is excellent. I highly recommend.

These are great. I take one as soon as I wake up and between dinner and falling asleep. I’m not positive if it’s some sort of placebo effect on my mind but I definitely feel a bit more relaxed in the morning and maybe even better sleep. I don’t have trouble with sleep so I haven’t noticed much of a difference in that regard. But I do notice more relaxation and better mood in the evening so that helps. Ashwaganda is thought to help with testosterone in men which isn’t a bad bonus. I read a review saying they spit it out as soon as they took a bite and tasted how sweet it was, and all I can say is grow up. It’s not that bad. I watch my intake of sugar and although it doesn’t say how much sugar is in one, I can say it won’t hurt you. I’ve heard it’s not good to take ashwaganda for longer than 3-4 months at a time. Not sure why. But just in case it’s convenient that the bottle should supply a twice a day regimen for 45 days, so if you get two bottles you’ll be in that range and then you can take a break.
