The Canon TS3522 printer, looks good and works well. The main reason I chose it was for the set up process. It was indeed simple and quick to set up. It's much easier to install than other printers. It prints word docs and spreadsheets very quickly and accurately. It prints very decent photos, which is great. However, there is a free photo shop program with it, that has so far, after two days, been essentially useless. The photo program is utterly incomprehensible. It doesn't work, because it is too difficult to use. The help sections and directions are not helpful and incomprehensible. The photo shop window does not fit on the monitor screen and most things that you can use normally to adjust the size of a window, do not work. It took about an hour to fit the window onto the screen, just barely is the best we could do, so that the controls could be used. That was difficult. My other photo-shop programs are simple to use and self-explanatory as they should be. They also have a lot more ability than this one does. It is very likely that I will never use the photoshop program that came with it. As others have said, the printer tears through ink at an extreme rate. After printing SIX, 8x10 photos, I already have a low ink warning. This is the thing that I am most disappointed in. New ink is about $55 for both color and black. After one day of having the printer, I had to order replacement ink cartridges. Frustrating. I have not had that issues with printers before. The printer itself works well and is pretty easy to use. The controls are self-explanatory. The photo shop is not. There is no tech support. However, it isn't necessary. New ink is easily found on Amazon.

I bought this because I needed a way to scan documents faster, I messed up, I thought this scanner had a feeding capability. This scans slower than my 2007 HP C Series printer that I was trying to replace. I don't want to be a jerk, so I will say it prints nice documents, but again, not the fastest. I re-installed my old printer and I'm going to let it blow up. LOL

This printer goes through ink like crazy and then you cannot find replacement ink anywhere! Including the Canon site! I have only had it for 4 months and need to purchase a new RELIABLE brand that can save some ink and have replacement ink when I need it. Very disappointed in this purchase.

I did have a little problem taking the printer out of the box and broke a little plastic piece which turned out the be the latch on the door that covers the print cartridges. I called Cannon Repair, got to talk to a real knowledgeable person, and got a replacement lickety split. This printer was super easy to install. The print quality of the photos I printed is quite good. I'm happy with this purchase.

Set up in 15 minutes on laptop and iphone. Beautiful quality photo prints!Love it so far!
