My right shoulder has been bothering me ever since I separated it almost 30 years ago, in my job as a firefighter. I've been taking Ibuprofen, and getting cortisone shots, to no avail. Then I remembered something that my Aunt used to use on her race horses, 45 years ago, DSMO. I went to a local feed store, and got a bottle of DSMO, recommended for horses, and started applying it. To my surprise, it actually helped diminish the pain, but was kind of messy to use. I got on the interweb, and discovered the roll on bottles , sold by the DSMO Store. I ordered them Friday afternoon, and they were in my mailbox, Monday morning. The roll on feature, makes the DSMO much easier to use {you don't get it on your hands}. I don't notice any smell, or taste in my mouth with it either, It does sting for several minutes after applying it, but I can put up with a little stinging, {I used to go in burning buildings for a living}. Relief of pain starts in just a few minutes, and lasts for several hours. I've got a Neighbor, with back pain, and a friend, with arthritis in his hand. I'm gonna suggest that they try it. where else can you get pain relief at such a reasonable price.

Just remember, this is full strength. Like 99% DMSO with no added dilution, so it might sting a little. Mine did for about five minutes. It does work great. But we all must be reasonable in our expectations. I find this takes about 20 minutes to work and then lasts about four hours. Also it makes my lidocaine more effective. I did not experience any odor resulting.

After going to several doctors with a bad thigh muscle pull as a result of a hip replacement I received no relief. We are talking 2 years..... Great deal, has helped a lot. Bone on bone in shoulder and knee. Dr. said only option was a complete replacement. Tried this as a last resort after everything else. The pain has been greatly reduced and is now manageable. Also, I have regained 70% of my range of motion back. So I am a believer and will put off surgery as long as this is effective. Thanks

I thought I was healed after radiation therapy, which ended over a year ago. While walking on a boardwalk I started to feel like I had resistance bands around my hip area. I went to several doctors and had multiple tests over 2 years and found out 3 pelvic fractures. The pain was so bad I didn't know what to do or expect to do. I waited for my doctor to let me know what the plan of care would be including any medications. After many calls to the doctor with none being returned, I knew I had to find my own way. What I found was DMSO. Not only did it take the pain away, I could transport topical medications into the tissue and bones. It was amazing how this works. Being a RN and educator it was not hard to understand how it works and which products to use. The most important of all is being Careful and Safe, know what you are using with DMSO, you are going to be transporting it across the skins barrier and onwards.

Works great. Skin can get hot so i put aloe vera gel on immediately. More cost effective that refilling roll on bottle available from another vender. Love that each bottle is "fresh" so don't worry any kind of contamination over time, or about washing skin before use. Each of us has our own bottle. Important to only use bottle sold for dmso because it is a solvent and could pull contaminants from a generic bottle. Repuchased, in different quantites.

Purchased for convenience after use of another product that came with an eyedropper. Both my wife and I had a burning sensation at target points right after using. Have used the other DMSO product several weeks without any such reaction. We were disappointed because the roll-on would be more convenient while traveling and no messy hands even at home. Because we had to scrub off the product cannot attest to pain relief or absorbency. However, the cost was not high and if convenience ranks high on your needs, you might want to try it.
