Amazing brush, I got 2 of them one for dusting off my boots and cleaning leather with lexol and the other to buff in leather conditioning. The bristles are a little firm with the right amount of softness. For the money it’s worth it. I’d like to try and use these to clean my hats but not sure if they will work efficiently.

Some of these brushes loose bristles very quickly. Not a good feature. Otherwise, a good brush.

Cleans my leather purses and a leather chair beautifully!! The quality of this brush and softness of the bristles, will remind you either of an equestrian tact room for the saddles, or an old fashioned gentleman’s shoe shiner. This brush is so well made, and gentle in my hand, it was easy to use to clean my purses. They turned out beautiful, so the effectiveness of the brush and the leather cleaner was worth every penny! It arrives in a very nice storage box. If you take proper care of your brush, you’ll be able to pass it onto the next generation.

I bought this shoe brush hoping for an effective tool for polishing and brushing off dust, but unfortunately, I'm quite disappointed. The brush is supposed to be made of horsehair, but I'm not entirely sure if it actually is, though I’ll assume it is. The biggest issue I've encountered is that the bristles fall out excessively during use. This makes a huge mess, and it seems to happen every time I use it. I’ll keep using it to see if the shedding improves with time, but as of now, it’s not ideal.Given the quality, I can't recommend this brush. It might work for some, but for me, it was a letdown. For anyone else considering it, I’d advise looking elsewhere. If you're willing to spend a bit more for something better (I’d be willing to pay more than the $12 I spent on this one), you might find a more reliable option.I’ll update my review if the shedding issue stops, but for now, I’m sticking with 2 stars.After some initial use, the bristle shedding has subsided, so I'm updating my review. I now find this brush to be adequate, especially considering the price. It's a good option, but keep in mind that the initial use can be quite messy.

I bought this horsehair shoe brush because I wanted a better way to maintain my leather shoes and boots without using cheap brushes that either shed too much or feel rough on the leather. I was mainly looking for something dependable for regular cleaning, buffing after polish, and keeping my shoes looking decent for work and formal wear.After using it, I’d say it mostly lived up to what I expected.The horsehair bristles are soft enough for leather care but still firm enough to remove dust, dirt, and help bring out a nice shine after polishing. It works especially well on dress shoes, boots, belts, and even leather bags. The concaved wooden handle is one of the better features since it feels comfortable in the hand and gives good control while brushing, especially during longer polishing sessions.One thing I noticed, which matches what other buyers often mention, is that there can be a little initial bristle shedding during early uses, but it seems to lessen over time. The brush itself feels sturdy overall, though it’s still a maintenance tool, so I wouldn’t expect it to handle overly aggressive scrubbing on heavily soiled footwear.For practical everyday use, it does exactly what it should: quick dust removal, polish buffing, and routine leather upkeep. It’s not flashy, but that’s really not the point.As for value, I think it’s fair for the price if you regularly care for leather shoes or boots. It feels like a step up from basic budget brushes without being overpriced. If you only clean dress shoes occasionally, it may feel a little more than necessary, but for consistent shoe care, it makes sense.Overall, this is a useful, well-designed brush that performs its job well, with only minor drawbacks.

The product is really awesome. It’s bristles, ergonomic and coverage area made the shoe shining process much easier. The ease this product has given in shining the shoes has never been felt before.

The hairs of this brush fall off from the second you touch it. Bad quality.
