I purchased this trimmer around two years ago for over ₹4,000, expecting it to be a reliable, durable, and high-quality product. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.I have a long beard and usually use scissors to trim it, so I use this trimmer only once a month to remove excess hair. Despite such limited usage, the product has stopped working completely.For the past year, I have been experiencing problems with the power button. I had to press it hard several times to get the trimmer to start, and somehow, I managed to continue using it. Today, however, the button stopped working altogether, and the trimmer would not turn on at all.I visited Amazon to check the warranty details, only to discover that there is no warranty available for this product. Spending over ₹4,000 on a trimmer that develops problems with normal, occasional use and stops working within two years is simply not worth the money.I previously used a Philips trimmer that lasted for five years and is still working. Compared with that experience, this product has been a complete disappointment in terms of durability and value for money.I strongly advise potential buyers to think carefully before purchasing this product. Paying a premium price should mean getting a reliable product with reasonable durability and warranty coverage. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this trimmer, and I regret spending over ₹4,000 on it. Please do your research and consider other brands before making a purchase.

First trimmer where I didn’t feel nervous using it.Waterproof: I use it in the shower and cleanup takes 30 seconds. Rinse under the tap, done. Battery life: 90 mins on one charge. I’ve had it 3 months, charged it twice. USB-C is a bonus.Guard system: Comes with 1mm, 3mm, 5mm guards. 3mm is the sweet spot - clean but not bald. No accidental slips.Quiet + no pull: Motor is strong but doesn’t sound like a lawnmower. Glides through coarse hair without yanking.Real talk: I’ve tried regular beard trimmers down there before. Big mistake. This is designed for the job - shorter head, better grip, and the blade angle makes it way easier to see what you’re doing.
