L/XL is ment for small large feet. I'm a 9.5 / 45 and the sox is much to small stopping blood circulation to my toes.

Quality Compression Socks that relieve pain
I bought these socks to help with my tendonitis in my ankle and I am very pleased. The sock fit perfectly and are durable and the material is soft and stretchy.
