Excellent product and Customer Service
Excellent vintage look outdoor shower fixture. Exactly as described and looks fantastic. I had an issue (my fault) and gotonovo provided immediate and courteous support. Highly recommended.

Quality
The product is fantastic and the price is so affordable I'm more than satisfied with it and the customer service from manufacturer was un beatable . I recommend this and any product they sell 100 %

Works without leaks. Only issue I experienced is my drain offset and whole shower system is more than a few inches off the wall so the 2โ support provided wasnโt sufficient enough so I had to support the system using other product. The system is unstable without support, no support extension provided. ALSO probably not a product for someone who is over 5โ8โ tall as I am 5โ5โ and fit under the head fully extended with little headspace -installed in a typical vintage tub.
