Excellent product with super customer services
Excellent product along with super duper custom services. Had issue with ordered one so contacted customer support and they sent me new one without charging me a single penny and even refunded for original purchase too. Special thanks to Mia for going above and beyond in helping me!!!

This product is great, it does exactly what the manufacturer says it would do. Mary helped me to set up the Locke with the G2 gateway. She was very helpful and knowledgeable as to how it should work.

Only downside I have with it is the bright flashing light always on. Even if you loose power meaning your wifi goes out, I still got a notification once power was restored exactly when my door was opened.
