Xbox One Enhanced Wired Controller/Gamepad - Spider Lightning (Xbox One)

So this is my third one of these controls pads by this brand within about 2-3 years. I usually get about a year of play out of them using them fairly often. The most common issue I have come across is somehow the analogue sticks stop sending separate signals so when I pull down on the left stick, it also thinks I am pulling down on the right stick. This happens for all directions with the left stick. I also noticed one of the shoulder buttons started losing its click.I purchsed this pad just over a month ago and ALREADY the right shoulder button isn't registering sometimes when I press it. This is one of my least used buttons so this should not be happening! The left bumper is used far more and although it is still registering when I press it, I can already feel it beginning to lose its 'click'.It's a shame because they feel great and they look nice, plus I'm also a big fan of the recessed port the cable plugs into which prevents the connection bending if the cable gets snagged.

These are great. I couldn't careless about them being wired. They are well made and the sticks feel great to use. The triggers are great as well. If your looking for a replacement pad this is the one you want. The cable is long as well and does detach from the controller. But as I said the most important things are great. The analogue sticks and triggers and the buttons are great

The cable provided with the product doesn't fit the controller. The cable is designed with a small notch to allow connection to the controller but the one we received is flawed and no jiggling would get the plug in. Luckily we have plenty of these types of cable lying around and found one to fit.

if the game compatible with a control 90% of the time it works fine no fiddling about. the 10% is 5% of games where you have to change the control setting and the other 5% dodge game that just don't work, 10% is normally nothing to do with the controller but the game software or key layout its self :) ooooo and it sturdy for slight expression of "Dohh" during game play :)

After about 2 weeks of very casual use, the controller now has "slip" so pulls to the left, which makes it effectively useless. Contacted the seller but received no reply.

Initially I was blown away by how good this controller was but sadly that did not last long at all... within a few weeks, the RB button began to fail and had to be pushed in at a certain angle to work. A couple of weeks on, the A and X buttons began to stick and failed to return at all anymore. Oh and the analogue sticks both squeak very loudly!All in all, this pad is very poorly made, from cheap flimsy materials, which will break one-by-one and leave you feeling frustrated (even from very light use)Avoid this product and spend your money on something that wont break after a few weeks... 😡

Was happy with the feel of the controller in general until around 2 horus after getting itThe right trigger kept being set off without actual imput showing the internals are sticky and low quality.Found some knock off 360 controller in the cupbaord that works better. Pay for the real thing or get a second hand one AVOID.

Can't seem to be able to update the Firmware to the latest version on my Xbox One in Settings?! Or at least it doesn't give me the option to update it as it's greyed out in the relevant tab/box/section! Anyone help?!
