Does a Large or Extra Large fit an adult woman???

Yes it can, if we're referring to "big" boys sizes. It also depends on your measurements. I'm 5' 4", 125lbs, smaller bust and wear xs/s in women's. I ordered boys XL but it was bigger than I wanted. Boys large would have probably fit perfect.

What about for a 13 year old boy?
