My son was very pleased to see he had a robot to put together and even more excited about the solar charging capabilities. It took some adult help for my 8 year old, but I'd say it took them about 45 minutes to put together the Astronaut. Very cool activity, I'd say the price was fair and I'd buy something like this again.

Great product for my grandchild enjoyed it very much

The gearbox assembly is flawed and cannot be assembled. Both my daughter and I are extremely disappointed as the entire kit is completely useless when the gearbox cannot be assembled. To be specific, step 5 of the upper gear box assembly (blue gear) will not fit on the shaft that is supposed to hold it in place. This renders the entire kit useless. Again, this is extremely disappointed that I wasted my money on this kit. DO NOT BUY!

Bought this as a birthday gift for my oldest grandson. He loves to build things and is extremely intelligent so I thought this would be a great idea for him. He was thrilled and couldn't wait to get started. I love toys like this that promote learning, problem solving, and fun all together.

Poor instructions, also very small print. Hard to assemble for a child and adult.
