This is a miracle device! Well, it seemed like it to me. I've had a sluggish bathroom sink drain for months it seems. Never wanted to expend money on a plumber for such a dumb job (sorry plumbers!) So I went looking for a snake - my previous one broke. And here it is, extremely well priced, sturdy bit of simple machinery and, most importantly, it worked perfectly, and quickly, as advertised. I treasure this thing now. It stows away nicely under my sink for future needs. Fairly easily to clean. And meanwhile my sink is running beautifully.

works great. I cleared my bathroom drain on a house built in the 1950s easily. It takes a little finess to get it through turns in the pipe but it's built for that and works great. It's totally worth the money. I spent $15 rather than $150 the plumber would have charged.

This thing is not exactly easy to use. The screw that holds the metal snake part inside broke off. It was not attached to it correctly. The handle that makes it turn barely even makes it rotate. It won't work in a toilet because it doesn't curve at the end. Disappointed in this thing.Update: so the product was not as good as expected but because the customer service was excellent I wanted to update my stars on the seller. I understand everyone gets their products from somewhere else and they don't make it there so customer service was excellent and refunded my money.

This one must have been defective. On first use the screw fell out (I don't even remember seeing the screw and didn't find it in the packaging but saw it in the photo on Amazon) and then the snake part fell out into the pipe. I recommend you check the product before you use it. I have to say that the concern of customer service was excellent and they offered to refund or replace the product, whatever I wanted.
