This isn't for everyone. It is for people who truly eat healthily and genuinely want to improve their habits—not just their diet in general—and incorporate this into their lives. And it really works; my own household is living proof that it improves health. People who leave negative reviews are usually those with poor eating habits; they don't like it because their palates need to adjust first—only then will they appreciate the taste. Someone who eats out constantly, consumes whatever they want without regard for their body, and has an unhealthy diet won't like this. taste okay, but not preference
I ordered this item because of the benefits the product page was listing. I'm not sure if I will continue to take this because it tastes a bit weird to me. Normally if something is going to be beneficial, I would prefer for it to taste a bit better. I can't say anything based on the products claims because I can't get past the flavor.
