HP Envy 13.3" Touchscreen Intel Evo Laptop - 11th Gen i7 i7-1165G7 Processor, 16GB DDR4, 1 TB SSD

I opened the laptop out of the box and the first program I downloaded was Google chrome, however the app won't launch no matter what troubleshooting I do. I took it to Geek squad and they said that it was os corruption out of the box. Amazon will not let me get a replacement for this item even though they are in stock.

No Battery Health Manager for the HP Envy series, I can't set it to charge to a certain percent (eg. 65-80%) when I mainly used it with an AC adapter in the office. So it must be 100% all the time.Windows would report the laptop is being charged, but the charge indicator on the right side of the laptop would not turn on when it's fully charged. There's a very funny explanation at HP Customer Support - Knowledge Base - HP Notebook PCs - Battery Indicator Light Turns On and Off While Battery is Charging, saying it wouldn't turn on in certain cases... So in those cases, the indicator couldn't show the charging status...Minor heat issue when the "Performance" Mode is selected in the HP Command Center. An external fan or a raised laptop stand will be required to reduce the heat.
