Would Risk My Pillowcase Again
I’ve heard a lot of people say that this hair dye bleeds pretty badly, but if you’re careful, I don’t think it’s too much of a problem. I would definitely recommend wearing a bonnet to bed for the first couple of nights just in case—that’s what I did, and I didn’t have any major issues. You also really need to rinse your hair thoroughly when you first wash the dye out. The color lasted me about two months, which I thought was pretty good, especially since I already had permanent dye in my hair before using this. The color itself was lovely, and I would definitely buy and use this dye again if I ever decide to go back to this color. Overall, I think it’s a strong buy. 12 puppies out of 13. One puppy deducted for the potential color bleedage.

SO FIRE! Works on darker hair! (Plum)
The color was fire, got a dark cherry red/pink. Didn’t have too much of a problem with bleeding outside of the shower like some people have. You will be pink in the shower LOL, and when first dying it. Did fade on the top/roots a bit quickly, but to be fair, my water wasn’t cold enough. First time dying my hair ever as well, so I probably don’t hold well. That being said, the rest is great and still super pink, especially paired with my color depositing shampoo. Would totally recommend this, just take the right steps to prevent bleeding. Love the color, my friend said I look like I could be a fairy from Tinker Bell! :)

Wow! I love my hair!
This dye is all I heard it was going to be! I was looking for a new dye at the mall in a certain store when a salesperson came up and started a spiel about how this was the greatest ever. No animal testing, coconut oil so no dry hair and the color was brighter than the first brand I used PLUS it smelled awesome. She was right. I didn’t buy it that day because the cashier was hanging out with one person while the line continued to grow and no one else was on register. I despise crowds especially when they are fighting to get waited on first in a cramped, over filled store so I hopped on my phone and found this, ordered it and saved $3 because of bad sales ship. This smells like a candy perfume is the closest I can’t think. I have scent induced asthma and this did nothing to it. My hair looks and feels fantastic. I also washed it with a cranberry color safe shampoo before dyeing it, but if you look at my photos my dyed hair looks better than my undyed hair moisture wise. I’ll update after a few weeks of wear and wash.

Beautiful purple so many compliments and it fades into a beautiful reddish brown
So vibrant and so purple. My under color (after bleaching) I died it red. The colour faded fast. This one lasts about 2 weeks before needing to reapply because I showered everyday. It does bleed on everything but that's what all these types of semi permanent colours do. You should bleach slightly prior to using these. you don't need to go..like platinum white just enough so that your hairs pores are exposed while applying. I usually only bleach once a year for about 10 minutes. I've gotten so many compliments with this hair dye. It fades into a nice colour too like a reddish brown. The picture is how my colour looks after 2 weeks of showering twice a day with hot water

Dyes EVERYTHING in sight
Mixed plum & deep red, color - FABULOUS. The stains on my counters, clothing, bedding anything I've come in direct contact with - forever pepto pink.. Literally from the time I started applying the hair dye to clean up this sh*t literally stained my counters, I even tried mr clean magic erasers & it won't remove... I'm a renter sooo def would recommend Dexter style plastic murder wrap everywhere you could possibly come in contact with when dying.. Yes the smell is a AMAZING. Yes the color is beautiful... But ive washed 2x (about to be a 3rd) and its still leaving residue of hair dye on my hands just from running my hands through. I work for myself (selling clothing online) and I can't tell you how many garments I touched my face / hair and rubbed some unintentional dye on then had to resoak / rewash garments. I finally just started wearing blue gloves so any dye on my hands can't stain my merchandise. its a great direct dye but its pigment literally dyes any & everything it touches.. Pillow cases, scarves, shirts, interior clothing tags, collars, you name it if it touches / rubs it its going to transfer. Ive used brands like pravana before they're probably my favorite. I dislike, ion brand (colors are trash imo) and I really like artic fox but those colors might as well be permanent they never leave my hair lol first time user or iroiro may try again,, but with CAUTION

Great rich color but will stain everything if you dont prevent it.
First off let me say that I love how rich the color is. I did this color by myself and I should have waited for help. I had hair previously dyed about 8 weeks earlier with a regular hair dye; once color faded I wanted to add this. I read that it didn't do well in dyed hair so I left it in for an hour and blow dried it before showering and blow dryed it once I got out. The color was awesome and worked well doing that but my body was pink just from rinsing it out. It stained my fiber glass shower at first but I scrubbed while in there and sprayed bleach bathroom cleaner and let it sit once I got out and it came off. My hair was was a great rich color, my body pink and I was a red neck for days😂 The white socks I wore the evening of my hair color were pink the next day from the stain on my feet from just standing rinsing it off in my shower. My white bra was stained just from my hair resting on the sides that poked out from my shirt. This really will stain everything. My hands are still stained just from handling my hair after I washed it out the first time. Its been 5 days. My phone case is also stained from touching my hair when using it. If you know what to expect this hair color will be more worth it. It smells great and my hair felt very conditioned afterward. However, it stained everything. You should have more than one set of gloves to use everytime you touch your hair and expect for your brush to also be stained. Have help so that you aren't a red neck for weeks. Cover your pillows and couch or anything your hair touches with a towel!! Dont wear white anything😬 I have long hair and one did what I wanted it to do.

Good but short lasted
Love this hair dye, but it fades so quickly. It smells heavenly and applies like a dream however after only 2 weeks it begins to fade quite badly and it will rub off on everything for those two weeks

Plum over brown w details & pic!
This stuff is amazing. I've been dying my hair unnatural colors for over 25 years, so you young'uns would know a brighter world from birth. I've tried them all, and I've tried almost all of them in full bleach process and as a glaze. Alas, I am now old, and work in a professional finance setting, so I didn't go with the bleach process on this one. My hair is naturally a mousy brown/blonde and its mousiness was getting to be a problem, but there is no way I am ever going back to permanent dye. Having used a variety of semi-permanent colors as a glaze, I figured applying this over my mousey hair would just give a nice shade in the sun, but not really affect it under office/house lights. NOPE. SUPER EFFECTIVE. Also, smells freaking awesome. But it was (probably, who knows, it is 2017) too much for financial services. I ended up going to the local beauty store and picked up a semi-permanent level 5 brown rinse - regular, garden variety brown. I put that over the plum and it pretty much covered it, but the plum did lend a violet base. I am going somewhere with this. Fast forward three weeks, little bit of fade on the brown (still med/dark), I decided to overbrush it with the plum. I left it on for about a movie, rinsed it clear without washing, and washed the next morning. It has since been washed three times. The pictures are under natural light w flash and under fluorescent light, no flash. Sorry for those of you this doesn't help, but this is exactly the information I was looking for when I made this purchase and I couldn't find it. Remember, you've never been this age, how should you know how to act like it?
