tight on the arch
Alpargatas to me, espadrilles for everyone else. I would not enter a marathon with these. Nor the fishermen /peasants who wore them originally. The cloth over the arch is a bit rough..probably needs invisible socks to be comfortable.

Fits well, comfy, but color is very different than expected and quality is not as good
This pic is after about a month's casual use (quarantine, so not even really going outside) I ordered the gray pair and they arrived looking more like old faded blue, and started to fall apart almost immediately. For an $80 shoe I'm pretty unhappy. I owned a pair of these previously and loved them, they lasted over two years and were super comfy, so I'm disappointed and wonder if they changed their manufacturer.

very tight fit
I like the style and I am hoping that with more wear they will get a bit looser and less rigid across the top of my foot; right now the are a bit uncomfortable to wear and are difficult to get on because they are so tight; wish they came in half sizes as I would have gone up a half
